Cribs and bassinets are a baby's first nest, welcoming them and ensuring a sweet and peaceful sleep. For small rooms, it is advisable to choose a smaller size, which takes up less space while maintaining the same characteristics as a classic model. Essential for every crib is the choice of a good mattress, which has the task of supporting the newborn's back. The choice of baby cribs must be made considering several aspects: the available space and the child's age. The baby crib can be used from birth up to about 3 years, after which it is necessary to switch to a bed without side rails. In the case of small rooms, it is possible to purchase a smaller baby crib, or alternatively, choose a bassinet, to be used for up to a maximum of one year. Children's beds, in addition to the classic barred version, can be free of enclosures, as in the case of Montessori beds, which, following the philosophy of the famous Italian educator, allow the child to go to sleep independently.
